Our Amazing Teachers at Jubilee

Ms. Kelly started in the business of childcare 26 years ago as a licensed provider in her own home.  She comes from a family of entrepreneurs.   When her own children reached the preteen years, she decided to pursue her love and passion for serving families in a larger capacity.   In July of 2014, she founded Jubilee Kids Preschool and Childcare.

Ms. Kelly is married and has 2 adult children and an adorable dog. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, growing her own vegetables, walkings, and warm vacations!!!

Ms. Kelly’s favorite thing about the children at Jubilee Kid’s is the excitement they get about learning.  “I love when the children run up to me and share something new that they learned during their day or something that they made all by themselves.  I love when they are proud of themselves and it shows!”

My favorite book? “Big Dog, Little Dog” by P.D. Easton

Miss Dawn has been in the early childhood education field for the last 18 years. She started as an assistant and loved it so much, she decided to go back to school, eventually holding positions as lead teacher and assistant director.

Every day, she looks forward to seeing what the children can accomplish! She loves how they grow and develop right before her eyes!

When she's not spending her days being a big kid with the children in her class, she likes to read, travel, take photographs and bake.

What she loves most about the children in her classroom is how they bring such energy and wonder when it comes to learning. They can always put a smile on her face and make her laugh.

Miss Dawn's list of favorite children's books could go on and on, but a few are Our Tree Named Steve, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Even Monsters Need Haircuts and The Great Turkey Race.

Ms Ashley is our amazing Todder Teacher.  She previously worked at a preschool and earned her Associates Degree from College of DuPage.   Ms Ashley loves her toddlers, and loves building relationships with the children.  Ms Ashley has daily dance parties in her room, and her favorite thing about working with the toddlers is watching them smile when they accomplish a task or reach a new milestone. Ms Ashley is passionate about learning as much as she can about the social and emotional development of her students. Ashley is an avid sports fan, and loves hockey and baseball. Ms Ashley’s favorite children’s book is “Fix It Duck 5”.
